3. Products & Orders

  • All candles are hand-poured in small batches in Portugal using premium soy wax

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway; we do not store full card details.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days; longer during peak season.

  • Delivery Time: Approx. 3–7 business days within mainland Portugal; 7–14 days for other EU destinations.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Free standard shipping applies to orders over €80 in mainland Portugal and €120 in other EU countries.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original or protective packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving approved returns.

  • Customized or made-to-order candles are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
