Returns & Refunds

Not in love with your order? No problem. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

Return Conditions:

● Must be unused and in original condition
● Returned in original or protective packaging
● Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is damaged or incorrect

To initiate a return, email us at info@litcandleco.eu with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund, including shipping.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item. Customized or made-to-order candles are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
